The order delivery timeframe consists of two parts:

Shipping Time: The time required for the package to be transported from the fulfillment center to the destination.

During peak seasons and promotional events, delivery times may be slightly extended.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our delivery time begins once an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period for processing and dispatch on business days. Please note that processing may take longer during promotional sales.
Once your order is packed, we will send a shipment confirmation email containing the delivery details and a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become available.
You will also be able to track your order in your account.
Tax And Duties
All logistics fees include taxes, and customers are not required to pay additional import duties. However, if a package is selected for customs inspection, customers must cooperate. In the case of product returns, customers will be responsible for any applicable taxes.

How To Change My Delivered Address?
If you realize that your delivery address is incorrect, please contact our Customer Care at luvanax_offical@outlook.com immediately. We will assist in updating the address before dispatch. However, please note that once the item has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
